Acupuncture
Neuroanatomical acupuncture is the term used to describe the acupuncture approach most commonly integrated by chiropractors, physiotherapists and physicians into practice.
It is used to stimulate the release of natural cortisol and endorphins that reduce inflammation and pain, as well as promote tissue regeneration through increased circulation. It can also help by releasing tight and activating inhibited muscles. In fact, Tennis elbow, low back pain and sciatica have all had acupuncture recommended as part of therapy by the World Health Organization (WHO).
