Chiropractic

Doctors of Chiropractic are health professionals concerned with the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system. Chiropractors are taught to evaluate the musculoskeletal system as a functionally integrated system that may become symptomatic (pain) when there is dysfunction among any of the parts. Chiropractors use many different physical modalities to treat these impairments with an emphasis on manual treatments including very specific manipulation and mobilization of joints.
